Please, learn from my terrible online shopping experience. I feel compelled to share this as a cautionary tale for anyone considering GlassesUSA. They still haven't sent my refund for an order I never received, holding onto $246 of my hard-earned money since February 24th. The tracking is stuck, and all I get are useless bot responses claiming it's "in transit." I desperately needed my money back and customer service has been a nightmare, prompting me to leave this review and demand an actual human conversation.

Customer: My order #105081183 is still stuck in Atlanta, and I haven't received my refund of $246. Your bot keeps telling me it's in transit, but it's been weeks! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see your order for glasses was placed on February 24th. I sincerely apologize for the delay and the lack of clear communication you've received. Customer: Apologies aren't enough. I need my money back. I've used Zenni before and never had this problem. Why is this so hard? CS Rep: I completely understand your urgency. I'm escalating your refund request now. It typically takes 7-10 business days once approved, but I will flag it for expedited processing given the circumstances. Customer: So, I still have to wait more days after waiting all this time for glasses I never got? This is unbelievable. CS Rep: I recognize this isn't ideal. I assure you I'm doing everything I can on my end to push this through for you immediately. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed by our team.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
