I'm writing this as a warning to others about my terrible online shopping experience. My hope is to save you from the same frustrating ordeal. After receiving an incorrect order and finding it impossible to get help through their automated system, I was forced to call customer service. The entire experience left me feeling completely helpless and scammed. My final conclusion is this: Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. This was the conversation that led me to that conclusion.
Customer: I've been trying for days to fix an issue with my order. I finally get a hold of a person, and I need this resolved now.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Please provide me with your order number, and I will look into the matter for you.
Customer: It's order number 78910. The glasses are unwearable. When you have a problem, there’s no one to complain to. I feel like I'm being scammed.
CS Rep: Sir, our policy for this issue requires you to follow the return steps on our website. I cannot escalate this further.
Customer: So you're not going to help me? You're just going to quote policy after I've spent all this time trying to get a simple fix? This is unbelievable.
CS Rep: I have provided you with the necessary information. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
