I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was a complete nightmare that left me feeling sick and ignored. After receiving my order and realizing something was terribly wrong, I spent days trying to get help, only to be met with a wall of silence. In my frustration, I left a review summarizing my ordeal: "Sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars." This review was my last resort to get someone, anyone, to finally listen. It led to the following conversation.
Customer: I've been trying to reach a human for days. You sent me the wrong prescription and it's making me dizzy. My order number is 75911X.
