I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this website. My recent experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel completely ripped off after paying for a service they promised but failed to deliver. Trying to get help was an exercise in pure frustration. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. After finally navigating their labyrinth of automated systems to reach a human, I was determined to get my money back.
Customer: My order was placed on the 18th. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery." It's now the 24th and the package just arrived. I want a refund for the shipping fee.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. Let me pull up your details. I do see the timeline did not meet our next-day delivery promise, and I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and frustration this has caused.
Customer: Miscommunication? I sent six emails and got stuck with your chat bot and phone system. It felt like you were hoping I'd just give up. This is unacceptable. I want the $19.95 back on my card.
