A BOGO Nightmare: Don't Fall Into Their Glitchy Trap! ðŸ˜
I'm writing this to warn anyone considering this website. My terrible online shopping experience was baffling, and I feel it's my duty to share it. I was drawn in by a promotion, but their website was full of glitches, and getting them to fix their own mistake was impossible. It led me to a frustrating dead end, and I can only conclude that they are dishonest and don't honor promos. There's no 24-hour customer service and no live agent. Their "solution" was for me to return my perfectly good glasses and reorder them just to get the BOGO offer they messed up. Why not just credit my card? That's apparently too easy. It was after this experience that I felt I had to contact them directly.
Customer: Hello, your website had a glitch and didn't apply the BOGO promotion to my order. I was charged for both pairs of glasses. I need a refund for the second pair.
CS Rep: I apologize for the technical issue and the frustration this has caused. I see the BOGO offer was active. Unfortunately, to correct this, you will need to return both pairs, and we can help you place a new order with the promotion correctly applied.
Customer: That's an insane solution. The glasses are the right style and prescription. You're admitting it was your error. Just credit the amount for the second pair back to my card.
CS Rep: I understand your position, but our system policy requires a return and reorder to properly process promotional discounts. I can email you a prepaid return shipping label right now.
Customer: No, that's completely unprofessional. You're making me do all the work to fix your mistake. This is unbelievable. I will not be reordering.
